Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of movingthemilitary.com, our free downloads and quizzes, our digital products and courses, the Moving The Military Community membership, our coaching calls, our emails, and our social media messages. By using any of them, or by buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or programs.

"Moving The Military," "we," "us" and "our" mean DW Coaching LLC and Marne7 Solutions LLC, operated by Deana Watson and Matt Gruidl. "You" means the person using our site or programs.

Who our programs are for

Our site and programs are for adults 18 and older. They are built for licensed real estate professionals, and for people working toward a license, who serve military clients. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including at checkout.

Your account

Some programs require an account. Your access is personal to you. Don't share your login or give anyone else access to paid content, the community or recordings. You're responsible for activity on your account. If we see an account being shared, we may suspend or end access without a refund.

Purchases and billing

Prices, what's included and any payment plan are shown on the offer page and at checkout. Those offer terms are part of this agreement. Payments are processed by Kajabi Payments and its payment partners.

Authorization. When you buy, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the purchase, and for each recurring or installment payment until it's complete or you cancel.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause or end your access until it's paid.
Price changes. Prices for new purchases may change at any time. A price you locked in, such as a founding member rate, is handled as described in the membership section below.
Taxes. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.

The Moving The Military Community membership

The membership is an online education and coaching program delivered in a group format. What's included is described on the membership page and may include live group coaching calls, bootcamps, challenges, guest sessions, an on-demand library, recordings and access to the private community. It does not include one-on-one coaching, done-for-you services, leads or referrals unless we say so in writing.

Month to month. The membership renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. There's no long-term commitment.
Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for.
Founding member rate. If you join at a founding member rate, that rate stays the same for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If your membership is canceled, or ends because of non-payment, the founding rate ends and any later membership is at the current price.
Changes to the program. We may change session dates, times, topics, guests, formats and platforms to improve the program or because of things outside our control. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes in the community or by email. We may pause live sessions for holidays and scheduled breaks.

Digital products and courses

When you buy a digital product or course, such as the Authority Method or a Field Guide, you get access to it as described on the offer page. Unless the offer page says otherwise, access to a one-time purchase lasts for as long as we offer the product. If we ever retire a product, we'll give reasonable notice so you can download what's downloadable.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered right away, all payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where an offer page states a specific guarantee or where the law requires a refund. If something isn't working the way it should, email us and we'll make it right where we can.

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may end your access immediately, and any founding or locked-in rate will not be restored.

Live calls and recordings

We record live coaching calls and share the recordings with members. If you join a live call, you agree to be recorded, including your name, image, voice and anything you share. We may use short excerpts inside our programs. We won't use your likeness in public marketing without your separate permission. You can keep your camera off and use the chat if you'd prefer not to appear.

Guest speakers share their own views. Their appearance isn't an endorsement by us, and we aren't responsible for their advice, products or services.

Community standards

The community exists for learning, accountability and professional relationships. When you take part, you agree to:

Treat other members, guests and our team with respect
Keep what other members share confidential
Not solicit, recruit or pitch products or services to other members without their permission
Not post anything unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or misleading
Never share a client's personal or financial details
Not record, screenshot or redistribute calls or community posts outside the community
Follow fair housing law and the ethical standards of your profession in everything you share

We may remove content, and suspend or end the access of anyone who breaks these standards, without a refund.

Our content and your license to use it

Everything we create, including trainings, recordings, frameworks, playbooks, worksheets, templates, posts and emails, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes our frameworks, such as the Authority Method and the Solicitor, Reporter and Guide model.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use what you've bought in your own real estate business. You can adapt templates and scripts for your own marketing. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, teach, or build your own courses or programs from our content.

You keep ownership of what you create and post. By posting in our community, you allow us to display it inside the community.

No guarantee of results

Our programs are educational. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your skills, your brokerage and many things outside our control. We don't guarantee income, sales, listings, referrals, leads or any other result. Examples and stories we share, including our own numbers, are not typical and are not a promise of what you'll achieve.

Your professional responsibility

Moving The Military is not a real estate brokerage, a lender or a law firm. Nothing we share is legal, tax, financial, lending or investment advice. Anything we teach about VA loans, BAH or military benefits is general information. Lending decisions belong to licensed lenders, and benefit eligibility is decided by the VA and the military.

You're responsible for following every law and rule that applies to your business, including real estate licensing law, your brokerage's policies, RESPA, fair housing law, advertising rules and rules about referral fees. Any referral relationship between members is between those members and their brokerages. We aren't a party to it and don't receive referral fees from it.

Emails and messages

When you download something, take a quiz, buy something or join the membership, we'll email you, including newsletters and occasional offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Paying customers still get account, billing and delivery emails.

When you comment a code word on one of our posts or send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook, an automated message may reply with the link or resource you asked for. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or unfollowing us.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these terms, share your access, misuse our content, harass others, or act in a way that harms the community or our business. We may also discontinue a program. If we discontinue a paid program, we'll stop future billing and give reasonable notice.

Third-party tools

Our programs run on tools from other companies, including Kajabi, Zoom, Meta and ManyChat. Your use of those tools is also covered by their own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our site and programs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Moving The Military, DW Coaching LLC, Marne7 Solutions LLC, their owners, team members and guest speakers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of our site or programs.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your business, your conduct or your breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also let members know by email. If you keep using our site or programs after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Everything else

These terms, together with the offer terms shown at checkout and any membership agreement you accept at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us. If a membership agreement and these terms ever conflict, the membership agreement controls. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
